Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) oversees the implementation of policies and programs for health and health care in the country. National AIDS Control Organization (NACO) under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare envisions an India where every person living with HIV has access to quality care and is treated with dignity. In order to achieve the goal of, “halting and reversing the epidemic”, the focus is laid on prevention, care, support and treatment efforts.
Associate Consultant-Proc Regional Level Lucknow (1 position)
Minimum Qualification : Post Graduate in Commerce/Science/ Arts or Graduate in Pharmacy/ Engineering or MBA. Diploma in Material Management will be an added advantage
Nature of Experience : Min 3 years of experience in Procurement & Logistics/Supply Chain Management in Govt/Autonomous body/Reputed Organisation .Experience in Procurement & Supply Chain Management of health products will be an added advantage.
Consultants (IEC & Mainstreaming) (1 position) - Delhi
Minimum Qualification : Post Graduate in Communication/Social Sciences/Management/Public Administration
Nature of Experience : Minimum 5 years’ experience at National level in development sector / Govt./Ministries in providing IEC support in implementation of program & management advisory services. Sound knowledge of National/State/District level administrative structures & processes and rights based approaches to HIV prevention and care including experience in field based Implementation
Associate Consultant-M&E /IT (1 position)
Minimum Qualification : Full time B.E / B.Tech in any stream with preference to Computer Science / Information Technology/Electronics & Communication Engineering/ Electrical / Telecommunication or Master of Science (M.Sc) in Computer Science/Information Technology or Masters in Computer Applications (MCA) from AICTE approved/UGC recognized institute/University
Nature of Experience : Minimum 3 years experience in managing/implementing IT projects & ICT infrastructure preferably in Social Sector especially in Health Program including HIV/AIDS program.

GENERAL INFORMATION
1.Only Indian Nationals are eligible for applying.
2.Engagement of Consultants will be on full working day basis and their place of work will be New Delhi except for the Regional Level Positions.
3.Documents to prove Qualification, Experience, Age etc. have to be produced in original at the time of interview.
4.Age limit: Not exceeding 60 years as on 01.04.2018 and having sound health to undertake extensive field visits.
5.Mere submission of applications shall not give any right to be called for interview/selection.
6.The appointment of consultants is purely on contractual basis.
7.Indicative monthly consolidated remuneration is given below:
National Consultant : Rs.1,20,000/ -
Consultant : Rs.78,000/-
Associate Consultant : Rs.50,000/-
8. Proficiency in the usage of computer (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS Access) and strong presentation and communication skills (written & oral) is essential for all the positions.
