Personal Hygiene Business Division - Sanitary Napkin is currently the primary product. However the product basket will be expanded by including other Personal Hygiene products like wet-tissues etc
Tasks:
To identify trends in Sanitary napkin & develop product variants and identify new products for expanding Personal Hygiene range.
Requirements
Maximum Age: 40 Years as on 01/02/2016
Scale of Pay (For Regular appointment): Rs.20600 - 46500 (For Manager)
Rs.16400-40500 (For Deputy Manager)
Annual CTC (Non - metro): Rs. 8.4 Lakhs (For Manager)
Rs.6.7 lakhs(For Deputy Manager) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.
Consolidated pay range (For Fixed Term Contract engagement):
Manager - Rs.30, 000 to Rs.50, 000 per month
Deputy Manager - Rs.25, 000 to Rs.45, 000 per month
(The consolidated pay will be fixed within the pay range depending on the qualification, experience and the current pay drawn by the candidate. The consolidated pay will be inclusive of all allowances and benefits).
Qualification: Essential: MBA (Marketing) or equivalent
Experience: Essential: Minimum 1-3 yrs experience in FMCG / Healthcare product development / Research.
Desirable: Experience in Research / Development / launch of new products in the Feminine / Health / Personal Hygiene space. Ability to identify and launch new products will be an advantage.
