Job Description
Yearly Production Target Planning and Delivery (OTIF) for assigned products/ area.
Yearly Production Expense budget planning & achievement for assigned products/area.
Production/ Shift planning for smooth functioning of operations leading to higher productivity with optimum utilization of resources.
Ensuring stringent science based Quality standards, norms & practices, effective deployment of GMP thereby ensuring zero defect & zero customer complaint.
Provide Leadership, Build/lead team and leverage human capital for improving their productivity, waste elimination , Budget & Cost planning and achieving operational excellence on OTIF basis through sustained continuous improvement
Maintaining the facilities as per Indian/USFDA/GMP Standards.
Ensuring OTIF manufacturing of products as per the plan and cGMP/USFDA Standards. Zero slip meant for export and domestic market sales.
