Job Description
• Implementation of written procedure and SOPs.
• Monitoring and ensure the cleaning activities.
• Good documentation and cGMP complies.
• Breakdown maintenance of related equipments.
• Operation and Maintenance of automated system like BMS or EMS
• Validation of equipments
• Preparation and verifying the documents, protocols, SOPs and related documents.
• Conduct the training on SOP’s and technical subjects
• Co ordination with the suppliers, contractors for any related activities.
• Maintaining of man power.
• Co ordination with the validation activities.
• Responsible for the all activities related to production.
• Indenting and Procurement of require materials
• Production planning and scheduling.
• Production costing and budgeting.
• Operational excellence
• Indentify and Execute the energy and cost saving.
• To coordinate with purchase for procuring the material in time.
• Planning and scheduling of Preventive maintenance to the Equipment.
• Handling the excursions through quality management system
• Prepare the implementation plans, justification notes, risk assessments.
• Production process control.
• Ensure all equipment to be qualified and appropriately monitored to ensure that specifications are met and action is taken when it exceeded.
• To complete the Re-validations, initial Validations as per validation master plan with Co ordination of QA.
• Complies the regulatory audits.
• To comply the audit observation as per pre defined time lines.
• Analyze the reoccurring issues and indentify the CAPA’s (Corrective and preventive actions).
• Hands on experience on Media fill validations
• To Complies the safety audits and indentified safety points are closed as per time lines
