Eligible candidates are invited to attend a WALK-IN-INTERVIEW on the following date at 9.30 A.M. sharp for the following position on the ad hoc research project entitled “Intra-cellular mechanisms of naturally available neuro-protective compounds in mitigating the combined toxicity generated by the lead in combination with amyloid peptides in Human Brain cells”. The essential qualification, experience, consolidated Fellowship and service tenure are as under: The project is sanctioned and funded by ICMR.

Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. in Biochemistry/Biotechnology from a recognized university. The Candidates should have qualified in the GATE/CSIR/UGC or ICMR/PGI National Entrance Test (NET) and have a valid certificate.
Desirable: Experience in animal cell culture, molecular biology and biochemical technique
Age: Below 30 years. Relaxation of age is admissible for SC/ST/OBC&PH candidates as per G.O.I. Rules
Consolidated fellowship: Rs.16,000/-p.m.(Fixed) + 30% HRA without any allowances
Tenure: Initially for One year and extendable depending upon performance of the candidate and funds position.
The candidates should bring all original certificates of educational qualification (from SSC onwards), experience and caste along with a photo and set of photo copies duly attested while attending the Walk-in-Interview.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: The conditions of employment will be the same as are for the project staff on contract basis. The candidates have no right to claim for any regular employment at this Institute. The Director & Appointing Authority has the right to accept / reject any application without assigning any reason and no correspondence in this matter will be entertained. The Candidate those who are belongs to OBC category should submit the certificate of OBC issued by the respective Mandal Revenue Officer/ Tahsildar of the respective State for the purpose of applying to the Central Government Employment.
