Job Description
planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans in conjunction with buyers.
· controlling stock levels of stores.
· Allocating stock, to each outlet basis store categorization for auto indenting.
· monitoring stock movement, consider markdowns, inter-branch transfers, promotions or clear outs etc.
· New product introduction and Product Listing
· Price & product master maintenance
· VM for stores has to decide how goods should be displayed to maximise customer interest and sales;
· producing layout plans for stores
· planning budgets and presenting sales forecasts and figures for new ranges
· Vendor selection, development and management.
· managing, training and supervising junior staff.
· Analyzing and strategizing the Competitors analysis/tracking
· Implementation of all Marketing activities such as trade schemes, customer schemes and BTL activities.
· To plan and implement local sales promotion in consultation with local Key account managers of the FMCG companies
Candidate Profile:
Qualification: Preferably MBA.
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in FMCG is must.
Skills: FMCG Product Knowledge, Reporting skills, Knowledge in MS Excel is must. Good Interpersonal skills.
