Job Description
· Support R&D Drug Discovery (NCE) and New Drug Delivery Systems (NDDS) Program Management, by assisting research team and team leaders in project planning and execution
· Work with program team leaders/teams, plan and track program deliverables, timelines & resourcing, and identify/resolve issues
· Manage and support communications within Research groups and between research groups and development functions like regulatory, clinical and business development to ensure seamless product development.
· Provide decision support for research groups and management
· Support and maintain NCE and NDDS program goal setting and alignment with strategy & timelines.
· Manage key research team communication events, incl reviews, plans, agendas, & minutes, for NCE and NDDS groups team meetings and project review meetings
