Assists Head-Bioanalytical in the smooth running of the bioanalytical section through efficient project and quality management in conformance to GLP guidelines.
Job Description :
• Responsible for the operation, calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipments.
• Responsible for verification and identification of raw data, including filled forms and chromatograms generated, repeats, reinjections and reintegration ensure approval by Head-Bioanalytical.
• Responsible for the timely completion of analysis, validation report, method SOP and timely archiving of all raw data and reports.
• To ensure availability of materials (Working standard, Solvents, Reagents, Cartridges etc.) before the start of the Project.
• Responsible for co-ordination with the documentation and project management teams for preparation of reports.
• Responsible for HPLC column handling and their documentation and maintenance records.
• Responsible for carrying out literature search and preparing product profiles of drugs / metabolites
• Responsible for developing cost-effective methods for estimation of various drugs / metabolites in biological matrices using LC/MS/MS
• Responsible to assist Head-Bioanalytical in data analysis and compilation of records
• Responsible for maintaining equipment log books
• Responsible for maintaining awareness of recent trends and advances in bioanalytical research.
• Responsible to ensure that only validated Excel templates are used for Method Validation calculations and other calibrations.
• Prepare/revise/review SOPs and Method SOPs any other document as required.
Sr. Analyst / Jr. Analyst
Assists the project leaders in conducting bioanalysis and maintaining the bioanalytical laboratory in conformance to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) guidelines.
Job Description :
• Proper maintenance of LCMS/MS / HPLC and their records of calibration.
• To develop and validate bioanalytical methods.
• To process and analyse biological samples for drug/metabolite concentrations.
• To compile raw data in data sheets and laboratory notebooks.
• To maintain equipment log books.
• To assist Head-Bioanalytical in data analysis and compilation of reports.
• Proper operation and routine maintenance of laboratory equipments in bioanalytical department.
• Responsible for laboratory instruments like pH meter, analytical balance, micropipettes, etc.
• Prepare/revise/review of SOPs and any other document as required
