Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the technology transfer of pharmaceutical formulations from R&D to manufacturing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs
• Develop and implement technology transfer protocols and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the transfer process.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Optimize processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Provide technical support and training to the manufacturing teams.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of technology transfer activities.
• Candidate should have experience in Technology Transfer and Project Management experience

Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in technology transfer within the pharmaceutical industry.
