Shree Dhanvantary Pharmacy College (SDPC), was established in 2005 by the Shree Sahkar Education Trust, Surat. SDPC is the first autonomous pharmacy college in Gujarat and a pioneer educational institute, research centre in the south Gujarat region. The institute is located on a sprawling campus of 8.32 acres, in Kim.During this brief tenure of eighteen years, it has made rapid strides toward progress to become one of the premier institutes of Pharmacy in Gujarat. Job Description
Associate Professor Responsibilities : Develop and coordinate teaching, research, and service activities Plan, deliver, and grade courses, manage office hours, and mentor students Implement and enforce policies, procedures, standards, and regulations for educational activities Identify, develop, and implement curriculum and other educational materials Prepare and deliver lectures, presentations, and reports, and participate in professional development activities Plan, manage, and execute research and scholarly activities, including program evaluation, performance assessment, and curriculum development Develop and maintain a scholarly profile and visibility in academic, professional, and community forums Engage in scholarly activities, including publication in refereed journals, grant funding, and service on university committees and boards.
Assistant Professor Responsibilities : Leverage technology to improve teaching, learning, and student engagement, and collaborate with researchers to integrate new instructional technology into existing curricula Create and teach courses according to department and college standards, and supervise student workers Develop and maintain student and departmental records according to external regulations Collaborate with faculty to design courses that meet departmental and college requirements Obtain grant funding for research projects and support student research
