Qualification : Candidate should have done Bachelor of Pharmacy/Diploma Pharmacist from a recognized College/University. Candidate should have registration of Pharmacist Council of Gujarat.
Salary : Rs. 16,000/-

Method of Preparation of Merit List
• Registration with Gujarat Pharmacy Council is mandatory.
• The merit list has to be prepared based on the percentage obtained in the final year of the original qualification.
• For more than 1 trial a deduction of 3% per trial shall be made.
• Attempt certificate must be attached compulsorily.
• The number of attemps mentioned in the mark sheet shall be considered valid.

1) Apply online for the above posts by visiting the Arogya Sathi portal (arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in/). Applications submitted in other ways will not be accepted.
2) All posts are on temporary contract basis. Which will depend on the funds available under the National Health Mission. These posts will be subject to cancellation while filling permanent posts.
3) Advertisement for ANM posts is intended to create a waiting list for potential vacancies. Selection will be made from the merit waitlist in this advertisement after completion of the currently available merit waitlist.
4) All the mentioned documents must be uploaded compulsorily. If the required documents are not uploaded, the application will be liable to be cancelled.
