SECL is the highest coal producing company of India. The coal mines of SECL are spread across two states namely Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh. SECL operates 65 coal mines , of which 39 coal mines lies in Chhattisgarh State, while rest 26 coal mines are situated in Madhya Pradesh state. And of these 65 no of coal mines, 46 mines are worked by underground method of mining while rest 19 no of mines are Opencast mines. Along with this, SECL is committed towards operational aspect of coal carbonization plant of Dankuni coal complex however ,Dankuni coal Complex at Dankuni,West Bengal has been given on lease basis by CIL.
Post : Pharmacist T&S Grade -C
No of posts : 33 (SC-9, ST-4, UR-20)
Minimum Qualification : Must be Matriculate having passed Pharmacist exam from an Institute recognized / approved by Govt, and registered with Pharmacy council with valid registration under Pharmacy Act 1948.
(ii) Matriculate / Diploma in Pharmacy / registered with Pharmacy council under Pharmacy Act 1948 with valid registration.
Remarks
(a) All the Pharmacist must be registered with Pharmacy council of State.
(b) The Diploma in Pharmacy referred to above should be recognized / approved by the Pharmacy council / Central / State.
Note :
1. Experience wherever applicable, should pertain to the period after acquiring minimum essential qualification.
2. Submission of all documents duly verified from issuing authority should be ensured while forwarding the applications.'
3. The vacancies of the advertised post are that of as mentioned in the Notice, however degree / higher qualification will not be a automatic choice for higher post.
Written Test
Total -100 marks
Pattern of Written Test : Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) Pattern containing 100 questions. Each question will carry 01 mark.
Written Test will be conducted on OMR Sheet.
There will be no negative marking for wrong answers.
Category of candidates & Qualifying Marks
General Category : 40% of Total marks in Written Test.
SC/ST Category : 35% of Total marks in Written Test.
Required Information / Guidelines for Applicant Employees
1. Sample application form Annexure (1), is enclosed with this notification. Applicants are advised to read the attached sample carefully and complete it. Incomplete applications and applications received after the last date will be rejected. Hence original copy of application must be sent.
2. For the notified post, applications made in prescribed form from SECL and other subsidiary companies of CIL Kolkata and departmental employees working at CIL Headquarters, Kolkata will be accepted. The said application form can also be downloaded from SECL's website www.secl.cil.in.
3. The last date for submission of application form at their respective workplace (SECL Region / Other Subsidiary Company / CIL Headquarters Kolkata) will be 01.07.2024. Subsequently the applications are scrutinized by the concerned Regional Personnel Manager / Other Subsidiaries / CIL HQ Kolkata through the General Manager (Personnel / O.S. / NEE.) to the Chief Manager (K. / Sr.), SECL HQ, To be sent to Bilaspur.
4. The applying employee must specify in his application whether the nature of his work is underground (underground) or surface (surface).
5. The applicant is required to attach the following documents with the application
(a) Self-signed copy of mark sheet/certificate regarding matriculate and higher educational qualification.
(b) Technical & Professional Qualification Self-signed copy of mark sheet / certificate in respect of .
(c) Self-signed copy of Medical Registration Certificate issued by Pharmacy Council for the post of Pharmacist and Nursing Council for the post of Staff Nurse.
(d) Self-signed copy of Permanent Caste Certificate of Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe category employees. (The rank of officer issuing caste certificate should be Tehsildar or above)
6. During the selection process or at any time in the future, any information regarding the deliberate concealment of any fact or false or false information is received by the applicant, then in that situation the candidature of the applicant / employee concerned shall be immediately cancelled, as well as Disciplinary action will be taken under the provisions of the company's certified standing order.
Other essential conditions regarding selection on notified post
1. Salary of selected employees will be protected as per rules.
2. Selected employees will be posted in different areas of SECL as per vacancy and requirement. Therefore, departmental employees should submit the application after careful consideration. In case of not taking charge at the place of posting after selection or if the request for cancellation of selection is accepted after taking charge, the candidate will be debarred from the selection process to be held in SECL for any other post of non-officer cadre in future for two (2) years from the date of issuance of selection cancellation order.
3. Written examination- The applications received will be scrutinized at SECL Headquarters level. After scrutiny, the list of applicants whose applications fulfill the required eligibility will be released. Thereafter, written examination will be organized centrally at SECL Headquarters, Bilaspur for the workers found eligible as per the provisions under the cadre scheme and SOP. The venue and date of examination will be informed separately.
4. For attending the written examination, the applicants will be eligible for fare and travelling allowance of authorized class as per CIL TA/DA rules.
