Post: Head - Injectable Manufacturing
Job Criteria:
• B.Pharm or M.Pharm qualification with atleast 20 years of experience and most recently have 3 years of experience in a multiline commercial manufacturing facility.
• Must have high level of ownership and commitment to Productivity, compliance and quality.
• Strong leadership and management skills with experience in managing a large diverse team.
Job Responsibility:
• Lead sterile manufacturing and packing area independently.
• Responsible for on time execution of Exhibit, process validation and commercial batches in coordination
• Ensure adherence to standard and procedures as per regulatory requirements.
• Review and provide inputs to all documents like Deviation, change control, Market complaint, and qualification.
• Implement cost savings strategies, productivity enhancements and improvements.
• Control the Operational costs in manufacturing department
