Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following position in ICMR funded research project titled “Development of easy-to-use fibrin- based rapidly acting bleeding control biopolymer sheet” purely on contractual basis.
Post: Project Research Scientist-I (Non- Medical)
Salary: 56,000/-pm plus HRA as admissible
No of Posts: Two (2)
Essential Qualification: First Class Post Graduate Degree, including the integrated PG degrees. OR Second- Class Post Graduate Degree, including the integrated PG degrees with PhD.
Desirable Qualification:
• PhD in any Life Science subject with at least one first author publication in a scientific journal.
• Experience in Biomedical Engineering/ Tissue Engineering/ Biomaterials/ Nanobiotechnology/ Molecular Biology will be preferable.
• Experimental Knowledge in 3-D printing, Electrospinning techniques, Animal Cell Culture, Molecular biology techniques and Physiochemical characterization techniques are desirable.
• Good scientific writing skill (Review/Research article writing experience)
• Good communication skill
