Seeking highly passionate and motivated individuals to work in revolutionizing healthcare through the fusion of Ayurveda and modern life sciences. CEO (Chief Executive Officer)
Role and Responsibilities :
• Lead incubation program with a strategic vision, driving innovation and fostering growth in this dynamic field.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to support startups in Ayurveda and life sciences, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Forge strategic partnerships with industry leaders, research institutions, and government agencies to amplify the incubator's impact.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to startup founders, leveraging your entrepreneurship and industry knowledge expertise.
• Oversee the overall operations of the incubator, ensuring alignment with our mission and objectives.
Qualification and Skills :
• Ayurveda/Life science Graduate Degree with a minimum 10 years of work experience or Ayurveda/ Life science Post Graduate Degree with min. of 7 years of overall work experience, with at least 2 years of experience in the start-up ecosystem, either as a start-up founder/co-founder/ core team member and having worked in a start-up enabling organization such as an incubator, accelerator, or a start-up community organization. Preference will be given to individuals having previously worked in the middle or top management of existing incubation centers / or at an organization playing a crucial role in the incubation pipeline.

Incubation Manager
Role and responsibilities
• Catalyze innovation, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the incubator and providing tailored support to resident startups.
• Identify and recruit promising startups in Ayurveda and life sciences, evaluating their potential for success within the program.
• Foster a collaborative ecosystem between AIIA and C-CAMP that encourages knowledge sharing and cross-disciplinary collaboration among startups.
• Coordinate resources and facilities to meet the unique needs of incubating companies in Ayurveda and life sciences.
• Track the progress of startups, offering strategic advice and support to help them navigate challenges and achieve their goals.
Qualification and Skills :
Work experience, with at least 2 years of experience in a start-up ecosystem, either as a start-up founder/ co-founder/ core team member and having worked in a start-up enabling organization such as an incubator, accelerator, or start-up community organization
• Age limit not more than 40 years
