Inviting candidates for Formulations Manufacturing plant (Moraiya Unit), Ahmedabad
Production - Tablet / Capsule
Officer / Executive : B.Pharm / M.Pharm with 3-7 years of experience in tablet / capsule department with experience in gelatin preparation with overall understanding of gelatin process, encapsulation, granulation, wurster coating, compression, coating and inspection. Candidates would be responsible in planning for the manufacturing of batches in coordination with PPMC, monitoring line clearance, cleaning equipment, instrument and auxiliary items, carrying out qualification activities, initiating QMS activities (change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation) managing manpower and allocating daily activities.
Plant Operator / Technical Assistant : ITI / Diploma with 3-12 years of experience in operating machines like wurster coater (ACG, Glatt, Anish), imprinting, visual inspection, granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya, GEA), fitzpatrick roll compactor, compression machines (fette, korsch), coating machines (glatt, ACG, ganson), encapsulation machines (bochang, changsung, KDE, GIC, gamma ACG), performing line clearance, operating and cleaning equipment / instrument / auxiliary items.
For all the positions, it is essential for candidates to have exposure in pharmaceutical company and regulatory requirements of documentation and cGMP / GLP. Interested candidates can walk-in for an interview alongwith their updated CVs, salary slips and relevant documents.
