Pharmacist
No of posts : 07 Under National Child Health Program (Taluka Level)
Qualification : 1) Should have done pharmacy course in degree or diploma from a government recognized university.
2) Registration with Pharmacy Council of Gujarat should be made compulsory. Science marksheet of class-12 and all degree marksheets (all pass and fail) have to be uploaded.
Salary : Rs. 13,000/- pm
Age limit : 40 years
Pharmacist
No of posts : 01 (at UPHC) under National Urban Health Mission
Qualification : Degree in Pharma or Diploma from a government recognized institution and should be registered with Gujarat Pharmacists Council. Those who have experience in pharmacy operations in hospital/dispensary. They will be given priority. Computer knowledge should be an additional qualification, Science marksheet of class-12 and all degree marksheets (pass and fail all) have to be uploaded.
Salary : Rs. 13,000/- pm
Age limit : upto 58 years
Pharmacist
No of posts : 01 (District Level) under National Health Mission
Qualification : Degree or Diploma should be from a government recognized institution and should be registered with Gujarat Pharmacists Council. Preference will be given to those having experience of pharmacy operations in hospital dispensaries. Computer knowledge as additional qualification
Salary : Rs. 13,000/- pm
Age limit : For 58 years
Retired persons with above qualification can apply every year limit if they are physically fit.
Terms and Conditions
For the above-mentioned applicable cadre, the mentioned technical qualification and all the mark sheets of class-12 pass or fail have to be uploaded.
1. These posts are only on contract for 11 months. After 11 months the contractual posts will automatically end. Can't claim for permanent job.
2. Only applications received by the candidate through the online link arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in will be accepted. Applications received from RPAD/Speed Post/Post/Courier or with incomplete details will be considered invalid.
3. All the necessary documents have to be uploaded as per the qualification mentioned in the advertisement. Applications with incomplete information or defects will not be considered.
4. A photocopy of the legible original certificate shall be compulsorily uploaded in the software.
