For the recruitment of various vacant posts under the National Health Mission, Mission Director, National Health Mission, Raipur, in compliance with the order number / NHM / HR/2023 / NS-48/328 Nava Raipur Atal Nagar dated 04/05/2023, former R.O. On the basis of the approval received in P. NHM for filling the vacant posts. Contractual recruitment is to be done on the basis of prescribed criteria in Chhattisgarh Human Resource Policy 2018. For which advertisement publication is invited from date 02/06/2023 till date 16/06/2023 at 05.00 pm, the application is invited through registered or speed post (post) in the office, the application will not be accepted after the said date and time. The post wise detailed description of the posts and prescribed criteria are as follows.
Post : Pharmacist - RBSK
No of posts : 04 (ST-03, UR-01)
Salary : Rs. 16500/-
Qualification : Degree OR Diploma in Pharmacy (50%) & Registration in Pharmacy Council.
Age Limit
1. As on January 01, 2023, the age of the candidate will be minimum 18 years and maximum 70 years for medical post and 64 years for managerial post. Age will be calculated considering January 01, 2023 as the base.
2. Candidate's age should be minimum 21 years and maximum 40 years as on January 01, 2023 for Saral No. 20 Designation Security Guard and a. Go. and ST Category candidates will be eligible for relaxation of 5 years.

• National Health Mission Chhattisgarh Order No. / N.H.M. / H.R./2019/329/ 611 Atal Nagar Raipur Dated 03/03/2019 as per the amended order application fee in the account name of District Health Society DISTRICT HEALTH SOCIETY SUKMA NRHM FUND Account No. 32286771242 Phone Pay, Google Pay, Paytm or The application will be valid only if the acknowledgment is attached to the application form after depositing it in the bank itself. Applications will not be accepted without the application fee.
• An applicant can apply for more than one post. But it will be mandatory to fill separate application form. And if the applicant is applying for more than one post, the application fee has to be deposited only once in Phone Pay, Google Pay, Paytm or Self Bank, as well as it is mandatory to attach the photocopy of the application fee with other applications.
Guidelines regarding the selection process
1. Subject to the final order of Hon'ble Supreme Court, New Delhi vide SPL(C) No. 19668/2022.
2. Applicants can download the detailed advertisement and application form from the district website www.sukma.nic.in on the basis of advertisement published in the newspaper and district website.
3. In the prescribed application format, the application is invited through registered or speed post (post) in the Office of the Chief Medical and Health Officer (Collectorate Complex), Sukma District Sukma Pin Code 494111, by the last date, the application will not be accepted by any other means.
4. It is necessary for the candidates to fulfill all the educational and other qualifications till the date of submission of the application form. Otherwise the application will be rejected and no representation will be accepted in this regard.
5. It is necessary to fill the application form completely and attach one self-attested copy of the necessary documents and it is mandatory to mention the name/category of the post applied for on the envelope, otherwise it will be kept in the ineligible list.
6. It is mandatory for the minimum height of 160 cm for simple number 20 designation Security Guard and one year experience of working as a security guard in any government / semi-government / private organization will be mandatory. (Government / Semi-Government organization's experience is to be given marks and by validating the experience of private organization, the candidate is to be eligible but experience marks are not to be included.)
7. In the event of not presenting the original documents for document verification, the candidate will be considered ineligible. 1.8. After selection, it will be mandatory for all the selected candidates to obtain No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the concerned authority for applying elsewhere.
Other conditions regarding recruitment:-
1. The number of posts advertised includes backlog posts and the number of posts may change.
2. Merely applying will not ensure one's selection. Original certificates will be verified before issuing the final selection list. Advance action will be taken for their selection only if found correct in this. Even after selection, in case any letter / proof or other error is found from both the parties (from any side) at any time, action will be taken to separate from the service as per the rules.
3. In case of getting equal marks, the priority will be decided on the basis of original educational qualification and date of birth, that is, according to the candidate whose date of birth is earlier, he will be placed higher in order of preference. Preference will be given on the basis of less number of educational qualification as per advertisement.
4. UGC, AICTE of the institution from which the educational qualification is obtained. And should be recognized by the concerned council.
5. Contract Honorarium:- One lump sum honorarium will be payable every month during the contract service period. Apart from this, no allowance/facility will be payable.
6. The pay mentioned with the posts is indicative. Changes in the honorarium of the posts are possible with the decision of the State Health Committee.
7. The performance of the employee appointed on contract will be evaluated every year. If the work evaluation is satisfactory, the contract service period can be extended for the next year. The contractual posts will automatically be canceled on regular recruitment. ROP received by Government of India Action will be taken to extend the contract service period only on the basis of acceptance in the

The contract appointment can be terminated by giving one month's notice or by depositing one month's salary as per the rules of Human Resource Policy after the selected candidate is present in work. Similarly, before resigning, the candidate will have to give notice one month in advance, otherwise he can resign by depositing one month's salary.
9. Reservation rules issued by Chhattisgarh government in contract recruitment and other instructions/orders/rules issued from time to time will be applicable as amended.

12. The said contract post will be non-transferable and according to the appointment order, it will be mandatory to be present at the place of posting. The appointment of the selected candidate will automatically be canceled if he/she does not give his/her presence in the prescribed time and place of posting.
13. The applications of only the prescribed candidates will be accepted as per the post advertised in the advertisement.
14. Candidates having special reservation qualification (disabled / ex-servicemen / women reservation will be as per rules) will have to attach related documents issued by the competent authority. Otherwise, such candidates will be included in the general category in case the certificate is not attached to the application form.
15. Mere selection on the post applied for will not confer any right of appointment. The final appointment will depend on the actual availability of vacancies and other necessary process / parameters.
16. If it is found at any stage of the selection process that any candidate is being pressurized / induced in any way or trying to influence the fair selection process, then their application will be rejected. And no claim will be accepted in this regard.
