The office of the Additional Director, CGHS Chandigarh, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, intends to engage retired staff on purely temporary and on contractual basis for CGHS Wellness Centres at Ambala, Amritsar, Jammu, Jalandhar, Shimla, Chandigarh & Srinagar (JK) against the sanctioned, vacant posts of Medical Officer, Nursing Officer, Pharmacist (Allopathic), Junior Health Administrative Assistant, MTS (MA) & LMA approved by the CGHS Directorate.
Candidates are invited for appearing in weekly Chandigarh, as per terms and conditions, who have retired from Central/State/ Government services/PSU’s, Autonomous bodies of central and state government are eligible for the aforesaid posts.
Post : Pharmacist (Allopathic)
Age : Not exceeding the age of 64 years
Educational Qualification : Degree or diploma in Allopathic Pharmacy course from any Govt, recognised institute.
Number of vacancies : 11 (Asr-02 Jld-03 Jmu-02 Sml-02 Srn-02)
Place of posting : As per vacancy and suitability of candidate.
Consolidated Remuneration : Last pay drawn minus pension fixed
Duration of contract : 180 days or until regular candidate joins, whichever is earlier

(a) Pharmacists who have worked earlier in CGHS and having computer knowledge shall be given preference.
(b) Competent authority reserves the right to cancel/vary the vacancies without assigning the reason thereof.
(c) No TA/DA shall be admissible for attending the interview.
