Qualification :
Minimum 5 years of work experience in leading super specialty sales in Hospitals/Vaccine/ Both for Pharma companies, vaccine experience preferred
• Should possess in-depth knowledge of sales in the pharmaceutical industry & have access to an established network in the hospital, HCP landscape
• Prior exposure to either renowned hospitals (experience in negotiations with hospital admin, geography and procurement team) or specialties
• Possess good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, experience in organizing CMEs, fieldwork, digital outreach
• Excellent growth planning, and organizational skills to learn & support launch initiatives
• Proven track record of successfully leading sales, setting sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets.
• Educational Qualification : Graduate / Preferred science background
Role Key accountabilities
• Conduct 10-15 HCP visits/day (focus: Onco, nephro, ID, diabeto, rhemato, pulmo, cardio, gynae) and educate HCP about the threat of COVID for certain patient cohorts
• Clearly articulate and demonstrate vaccine to HCPs, create a point of vaccination via on boarding them for vaccine recommendation, drive skill and latest cutting- edge scientific knowledge up gradation of HCPs in close coordination with City Heads
• Liaise with the marketing team on content to be used for HCP outreach (LBL revision for HCP visit, standees for CMEs, posters for hospital, digital mailers, etc.)
• Maintain consistent virtual relations with HCPs via regular digital outreach through email and WhatsApp and continuously maintain &upgrade HCP profiles
• Carry out training sessions on the needleless Vx administration process for hospital HCPs, nurses, and applicable AHPs with supervision from Medical Team
• Communicate upcoming CME event details to HCPs, HOD, and admin/ procurement team in hospitals
• Maintain stakeholder relationship with procurement and ensure Vx procurement, distribution & availability by coordinating distributor-hospital engagement
