Applications are invited on a plain paper (or signed PDF file) for purely temporary position for one Scientist B in a research project entitled “Identification and Classification of Helicobacter Pylori Cysteine Rich Family Proteins and Analysis of Their Redox Properties” funded by Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), New Delhi, India.
Essential Qualification : Candidates should possess 1st Class Master Degree in relevant subjects from a recognized university with 4 years’ experience OR 2nd Class M.Sc. + PhD degree in relevant subjects from a recognized university with 1 years’ experience.
Desirable Qualification : Microbial methods and BSL2 handling. Cloning, expression and purification of recombinant proteins. Synthesis, bio-functionalization and characterization of nano & polymer composites. Redox studies of nanomaterials and biomolecules. Basic bioinformatics and genome analysis.
Salary : Rs. 48,000/- p.m. + 30% HRA
Duration of the project : The selected candidate will be appointed on a purely temporary basis, initially for one year and which is renewable for another year or till the duration of the project (3 years), subject to the satisfactory performance of the candidate.
