Post : LEAD SCIENTIST (MOLECULAR DIAGNOSTICS/IVD)
Job Description
• Design, develop & validate molecular diagnostic products for Infectious Diseases and Oncology.
• Lead the R&D programs and mentoring junior staff.
• Instrumental in scientific collaborations for product development.
• Manufacturing & commercialization of the developed products.
Candidate Profile
• Ph.D. degree in genetics, genomics, molecular biology, biotechnology, or life sciences.
• Working experience in Real-Time PCR, ELISA, LAMP, NGS & bioinformatics.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in developing & commercializing molecular diagnostic/lVD kits.
