Applications are invited from Indian nationals only for 01 (ONE) Project Assistant position for the research project System level Host pathogen interaction studies in COVID-19 for therapeutics and pharmacovigilance funded by Indian Council of Medical Research under Prof. Sonika Bhatnagar, Department of Biological Science and Engineering, NSUT, New Delhi.
Qualifications : Graduate in Biotechnology / Bioinformatics / Computer science / Information Technology from a recognized university with three years work experience from a recognized institution or Master’s degree in the relevant subject. Experience in computer science, bioinformatics, machine learning, database development and data analysis are desirable.
Emoluments : 31000/- pm consolidated;
Duration : 3 years
Job description : To perform machine learning studies as well as in-silico systems and structural biology analysis on host pathogen interaction datasets to develop effective therapeutics and strategies for pharmacovigilance in Covid-19. The candidate may be considered for Ph.D. enrolment, if found suitable as per NSUT norms.
Before appearing for the interview candidates shall ensure that they are eligible for the position. Eligible candidates may appear for a walk-in interview on 28.06.2022 at 10.30AM in Room No. 309, Block IV, NSUT__ with the following documents :
▪ Detailed CV including attested certificates of degrees obtained in chronological order.
• Relevant experience supported by attested certificates/reprints/testimonials and recommendation letters. Please note that no TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview.
Note: The selected candidate may get an opportunity for PhD admission. Preference will be given to SC/ST candidates on equal qualifications and experience.
