The PGIMER owes its inception to the vision of late Sardar Partap Singh Kairon, the then Chief Minister of Punjab and the distinguished medical educationists of the then combined state of Punjab, supported by the first Prime Minister of India Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru who considered the institutions of scientific knowledge as temples of learning and the places of pilgrimage.
Post : Research Fellow
Applications are invited for the post of Research Fellow (01) in the Biotechnology Industry Research Assist Council (BIRAC) funded project under Dr. Smita Pattanaik, Professor of Clinical Pharmacology, Dept. of Pharmacology (vide PGI/Pharma/16/4015/2022 dated 13.06.2022).
First class Master’s degree from a recognized university with two years of relevant research experience (candidates with Masters in Pharmacology / Pharmaceutical Sciences / Pharmaceutical Chemistry may be given preference).
Monthly remuneration 25,000/- consolidated.
The engagement in the project is purely on temporary basis maximum for the period of duration of the project (15 months).
