Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, formerly KIIT University, is a private deemed university located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. Post : Junior Research Fellow
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work on the project “Vitamin biofortification through fermentation of common energy-dense foods in India and South Africa for young children 3-10 years” sponsored by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India.
The required Qualifications : Candidates should have passed their M.Sc./M.Tech./M.Pharm. or equivalent qualification in Life Sciences or allied subjects (Biochemistry/ Biotechnology / Molecular Biology/ Microbiology etc) with a minimum of 60 % marks (or equivalent grade point). NET/GATE qualified candidates will be preferred. The duration of the fellowship will be for 2 years 2 months, subject to the availability of the fund.
Fellowship : Rs 31,000 per month + HRA
Age Limit : The upper age limit of the candidate should be below 28 years as on 01-10- 2021. Age relaxations will be given as per the Government of India rules.
