Name of the Project : Characterization of herpesviruses in clinical samples from Eastern India in terms of their growth kinetics and sensitivity to available antivirals together with screening for screening for novel herpes antivirals'(GAP-392).

Qualification required : B.Sc. / 3 Years diploma in Engineering & Tech. / B.Pharm.
Desirable : Experience in cell culture; Screening for drug candidates against viruses in cell culture; drug toxicity assays; handling clinical samples
Age Limit : 50 Years

Stipend : Rs. 20,000/- plus HRA Per month.

The engagement is purely temporary & co-terminus with the project and, therefore, does not confer any right / claim implicit or explicit for regularization or absorption against any IICB / CSIR post. The age and qualifications will be reckoned as on the date of interview. The upper age limit is relaxable for SC / ST / OBC / PH and women candidates as per rules. (2) All mark-sheets and certificates regarding educational qualification (since Matriculation),
(3) No Objection Certificate from the employer if employed,
(4) Final Mark Sheet of B.Sc/M.Sc/M.Tech/M.Pharm Examination/Ph.D Certificate,
(5) Documentary proof of NET/NET(LS)/GATE/Equivalent,
(6) One Passport size photograph,
(7) Caste certificate (where ever applicable).
