CSMCRI with much scientific excitement has now achieved technological excellence with several granted patents in the core mandate of the institute and is one among the top performing national R&D laboratories in the country. At the beginning of 2011, the Institute has around 360 staff with 150 S&T staff on its roll and around 250 research fellows and project assistants pursing their doctoral programme.
Post : Research Associate (RA) 1
Qualification : Ph.D. in chemistry.
Desirable : Minimum 2 publications in SCI journals.
Experience : Preference will be given to candidate having working experience in development of new materials/nanoparticle for sensing of various ions.
Fellowship : Rs. 47,000/- pm + HRA as per rule.
Age : Upper age limit 35 years as on the last date of application. Age relaxation upto 5 years is applicable for candidates belonging to SC/tribes/OBC, and women, and PH.
Job description : The selected candidate has to work on a CSIR-Emeritus Scientist Scheme entitled “Preparation of cost effective water dispersible nanoparticles and their application in sensing of environmentally important toxic analytes in industrial effluents and water.”

With application, you are requested to send Xerox copies of your certificates/testimonials, which includes (i) educational certificates/testimonials from class 10th onwards, (ii) proof of date of birth, (iii) proof of experience, (iv) copy of caste/PH certificate (if applicable), (v) CSIR-UGC NET JRF, GATE, CSIR-SRF (direct) certificate/documents and (vi) list with full details of publications for verification it. The original documents will be verified at CSMCRI at the time of joining, if you are selected. A format for application is attached herewith. After screening all applications, the candidates selected for interview will be informed by 21st June, 2021.
