Job Description
This role is a key support position for servicing current and prospective India-based clients. Will require regular coordination with Paonta Business Development Office. The person acts as an ambassador of the organization and must exemplify our company culture. You must be able to multi-task in order to handle a multitude of short and long-term projects; with at times, competing and conflicting levels of priority.
Prime Functions :
• Data collection, Query generation for Nutraceutical & Ayurvedic products, achieve the desired query generation targets
• Fulfill the desired target by achieving assigned business figures
• Meeting and presenting to clients, the organization's capabilities and products.
• Provide quotes to clients and negotiate to close the deal with internal stakeholders
• Check Label claims and their compliance into FSSAI, Study RDA values, and compare with client queries with internal departments
• Understanding regulatory and other legal requirements to comfortably answer client queries, if required arrange conference call to educate and convince customer adding internal stake holders.
• Arranging benchmark product samples, packing requirement price expectation details from the customer. Competitor pricing and be able to analytically work on cost optimization
• Comparison analysis between various products to understand client needs and suggest the right product.
• Coordinate with customer visits to Paonta and confirm appointments, operations to make sure that clients get timely delivery.
• Customer servicing, Market research for prospective products.
Candidate Profile
Preference : Candidates with prior relevant experience in a fast-paced environment
Qualification : A relevant Pharma graduate/ Science postgraduate / MBA degree with strong communication & coordination skills.
Key Skills : Important to be an extrovert with strong communication skills. Data analysis, Customer awareness, Product knowledge, Pleasing personality, and convincing ability. Well-organized people with strong follow-up skills
