Duration of appointment : Contractual appointment for a period of 180 days (as per Guidelines).
Place of Posting : The selected candidates will be posted in the office of the Additional Director. CGHS Polyclinic & Wellness Centres under the control of The Additional Director. : GHS Lucknow. (Preference shall be given to the candidates belonging to concerned city.)
Preference : Candidate having knowledge of computers.
Terms & Conditions
(a) Retired from Central Govt.. State Govt.. PSUs and Autonomous Bodies can be engaged on contract basis.
(b) Remuneration will commence from the date of reporting for duty at the place of posting.
(c) Tax will be deducted at source as per rules.
(d) The appointee shall not be entitled to any other benefit granted to as regular CGHS employee like PF. Pension. Gratuity. Medical attendance. Seniority. Promotion, and LTC etc.
(e) Contractual employee will be eligible for 08 days leave in a calendar year on pro-rata basis. Therefore, the contractual employee shall not draw any remuneration in case of absence beyond 08 days in a calendar year (calculated on pro-rata basis).
(f) The engagement will be purely on contract basis, for a period of 180 days or attaining the age of 65 years whichever is earlier.
(g) The applicants will have to produce his certificates in original (along with one set of self attested photocopies) for verification at the time of personal interview.
(h) Additional Director. CGHS. Lucknow has the privilege to terminate the services at any time.
Note:- The Additional Director may devise his/her own method for engagement of retired staff on contractual basis.
