Job Description
• Good Olfactory skills. Should be able to describe fragrance families and sub families
• Understand consumer preference in context of fragrance profile and direction
• Understand and assess fragrance suitability in terms of product concept
• Maintain fragrance library
• Conduct fragrance evaluation to help R&D/Marketing, Guide new product development in order to determine whether consumer needs and expectations are fulfilled by the product
• Assess the fragrance in terms of profile and strength
• Perform olfective mapping of competitor products and benchmark in respective catagory
• Communicate observations and next steps in the product development phase
• Good knowladge of regulations pertaining to Fragrance and flavour Industry
• Knowladge of personal care product formulation
Candidate Profile
M.Sc/ M.PHARMA/ PG Diploma (cosmetics & perfumery management).
