Applications are invited for the post of Marketing Officer at Hindustan Antibiotics Ltd

Hindustan Antibiotics Limited (HAL), Pimpri, Pune, is the first public sector undertaking in the Drugs & Pharmaceutical Sector. The plant was commissioned in 1955-56. Set up on 10th March, 1954, HAL is the first drug manufacturing unit in India to undertake commercial production of antibiotics like Penicillin, Streptomycin, Gentamicin, Ampicillin & Amoxycillin etc. HAL has diversified in formulation activity and has facility to manufacture various dosage forms- injectables, capsules, tablets, large volume panrenterals, liquid orals, etc.

Post : Marketing Officer (On Contract)

Age : Maximum 35 years
No of Post : Five.
The candidate should be a graduate from a reputed university having adequate knowledge, expertise and experience in the sales, marketing & business development activities.

He will have to strengthen Marketing network with strategic plan of operation to achieve the assigned sales target and objectives of the Company. He will also be conducting various sales promotional activities all over India to boost the sales and will assist higher officials in achieving desired objectives for Agro-vet / Pharma products of our Company. He will also have to explore business avenues for promoting sales of miscellaneous products of the Company, viz. Alcoholic Hand Disinfectant (AHD), Clinics on Cloud – Health Kiosk Machine, PPE Kits, Face Masks, etc.

The post will be on contractual basis for a period of one year extendable from time to time by one year depending on the satisfactory performance on consolidated remuneration of upto Rs. 25,000/- per month.

Management reserves the right to terminate the services of these Marketing Officers (On Contract) by giving one month’s notice if performance is not satisfactory or if in the views of the Management, the services of these Marketing Officers (On Contract) are not required.

GENERAL:
Management reserves the right in relaxation of age and experience in case of exceptionally deserving candidates. In case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe and Other Backward Class, Government guidelines shall be followed.
