Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University Ajmer is a prominent affiliating university in the state of Rajasthan. Established on August 1, 1987, after the bifurcation of the University of Rajasthan, the University was positioned as a University for Colleges.

Title of the project: Moist bioactive cellulose biocomposites for advanced wound care

Principal Investigator: Prof. Monica Bhatnagar, Algae Biofuel and Biomolecules Centre, Department of Microbiology, Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer

Essential qualifications:
Project Fellow: MSc in any field of biology or M Pharm or an equivalent degree in a relevant subject with a good academic record and experience in microbiological techniques.
Research Associate : PhD/MD or equivalent degree or having three years of research , design and development experience after MVSc/ M.Pharm/ ME/Mtech/MSc in relevant subject with at least one research paper in Science Citation Index (SCI) Journal.

Salary: consolidated amount of Rs. 35000/-pm for Research Associate and Rs. 14000/-pm for Project fellow. No DA/HRA/ medical benefits are admissible

Duration: Five years or up to the termination of project. In case the performance is not satisfactory the Principal Investigator has the right to terminate the fellowship.
