Department
Wound Care division offers a wide range of Surgical sutures, Hernia Mesh and associated products in the field of Gynaecology, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery etc. The division mainly sells the product through direct promotion to surgeons in the segment. The products are promoted through channel partners on a cash and carry basis. The focus is on Clinics, Speciality and Multi speciality hospitals.
Requirements
Maximum Age: 40 years as on 01/06/2017.
Consolidated pay range (For Fixed Term Contract engagement): Manager - Rs.30,000 to Rs.50,000 per month / Deputy Manager - Rs.25,000 to Rs.45,000 per month (The consolidated pay will be fixed within the pay range depending on the qualification, experience and the current pay drawn by the candidate. The consolidated pay will be inclusive of all allowances and benefits).
Qualification:
Essential: Graduate in any Discipline with two years MBA in Marketing / PG Diploma in Marketing from any recognised Institute / University.
Post Qualification Experience:
Essential: Minimum five years experience in sales and marketing of surgical products, medical devices/disposables, pharmaceuticals through direct promotion to practicing doctors. Minimum three years experience as State Sales Head managing a team of at least 5 members.
Desirable: Experience in selling surgical sutures through direct promotion to practicing surgeons.
