The Directorate of Higher Education, Human Resource Development Department, Government of Sikkim invites application in a prescribed format from the local eligible candidates for filling up of the posts of Assistant Professor on Adhoc capacity in the subjects mentioned below on a consolidated pay of Rs.21,600/- for the candidates having NET/SLET/PhD and Rs.20,000/-for the candidates without NET/SLET/Ph.D
Post : Assistant Professor in Pharmaceutical Chemistry- 05
Eligibility Conditions;
(i) Masters Degree in concerned subjects with minimum of 50% at Masters Degree Level for ST/SC candidates and 55% for candidates belonging to general categories.
(ii) Preference will be given to candidates having NET/SLET/Ph.D
(iii) For Retail Management, candidates having M.Com and MBA can apply.
(iv) For Pharmaceutical Chemistry, candidates having the degree in (a) M.Pharma(pharamacology) (b)M.Pharma(Pharmaceutics)
(c) M.sc.Chemistry (Analytical Chemistry) (d)M.sc.Organic Chemistry (e) M.sc. Bio Chemistry/ Bio Technology can apply.
Mode of Selection; Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of the merit of the marks obtained in the interview.

(i) Application should be submitted in the prescribed form alongwith Admit Card which can be downloaded from Departmental webportal sikkimhrdd.org.
(ii) Application should reach the office of the Directorate of Higher Education, Room No.512 on or before 27.06.2017 during Office hours. No applications shall be accepted after the due date.
