JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Formulation of marketing strategies, Communication, HCP engagement initiatives for all hospital stakeholders including – Super specialists, Admin, Dieticians, Pharmacists
- Execution of multi-specialty HCP (healthcare professional) promotion in Hospital setting / BTL consumer activation in wards/OPDs for portfolio of products
- Execute with help of cross functional teams. Track & measure the impact of the Marketing Programs and 3P FF
- Responsible to identify potential opportunities within hospitals including ICU, wards and discharge(downstream business) & drive incremental growth of portfolio products
- Responsible for the topline and brand profitability
- Build relationships into Key Opinion Leaders / influencers in identified Nutrition areas, and utilize relationships for shaping market initiatives, and for driving sales.
- Managing the agencies to develop partnership as brand strategic and communication partners
- Liaise with Market Research team to gather insights on latest Rxs/Rxber trends in hospitals
- Support and drive sales team – work in close partnership with Cross Functional teams to ensure marketing programs are driven consistently and in a high quality manner
- Plan hospital rates, margins, promotions offers(discounts) and help team on negotiations
- Guiding and driving marketing team to deliver the plans
