Regional Manager (Wound Care Division)- 02 posts
Age as on 01.06.2016 : 40 yrs
Qualification & Experience :
Essential: B.Pharm / MBA (Marketing) or equivalent (Full Time Course only).
Essential: Minimum five year experience in sales and marketing of surgical products, medical devices/disposables, pharmaceuticals through direct promotion to practicing doctors. Minimum three years experience as State Sales Head managing a team of at least 5 members.
Desirable: Experience in selling surgical sutures through direct promotion to practicing surgeons.
Consolidated pay Range:
Manager- Rs.30,000 -50,000
Dy Manager- Rs. 25,000 – 45,000
Job Profile
Responsible for the sales and marketing activities of Surgical product range comprising of Surgical Sutures, Hernia Mesh and associated products in the region. Achievement of sales target for the region and implementation of product promotion plans, supervision and administration of the sales team. Target setting and performance monitoring of team members. Talent identification, recruitment, training and skill development of sales team, development of trade distribution channel.
Regional Manager (Pharma Ethical)- 02 posts
Age as on 01.06.2016 : 40 yrs
Qualification & Experience :
Essential: B.Pharm / MBA (Marketing) or equivalent (Full Time Course only). Essential: Minimum 3- 6 yrs experience in Pharmaceutical industry of which 2 yrs as second line management position in pharma sales in any reputed organisation.
Consolidated pay Range:
Manager- Rs.30,000 -50,000
Dy Manager- Rs. 25,000 – 45,000
Job Profile
- A person with competent, dynamic progressive experience, having focus in Zonal operations.
- To conceptualize and execute strategies to achieve the Business goals of the region.
- Organize and conduct CMEs, Camps and symposium for Doctors.
- Identify talents and team development.
- Field training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure results in sales operation.
- Conducting sales meetings to ensure smooth functioning of sales operation.
- Tracking the competitors activities and managing the stockists and other channel partners.
- To work as a profit centre.
