Job Description
1. Maintain Clinical data as stipulated and store them for the required duration in proper method so that any audit by any regulatory Authority of Clinical data can be completed successfully.
2. To overlook the data collection and timeliness of data capture as per the protocol at the site.
3. To review the Patient CDs received from the sites and sending the same to the CRO for analysis.
4. Compiling and updating the patient enrolment sheets for the registries of the respective products in a timely manner from the data received from the marketing team and downloaded from the Ensure website.
5. Compilation of the registry data of various sites into a master sheet for the respective product.
6. To extract the data into an excel sheet from the discharge summaries received from marketing team or downloaded from the Ensure Site.
7. Analyze Data of the registries collected for the trials/registries for understanding the product. Submitting the same to the HOD.
8. Coordinating meetings of the clinical trial department (which are held whenever required).
9. To remind in a timely manner the Clinical trial department team members/responsible marketing team members about the pending patient procedure/follow up CDs and the data to be collected from their respective sites.
10. To prepare presentations of the various company products to be presented by the investigators at international conferences and submit the same to the HOD for review and improvisations.
