NRHM's Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel free drug distribution center invites application for recruitment of pharmacists.

Education and Qualification: (1) Pharmacy degree or diploma from a recognized University / Institute with minimum 50 percent marks and registered as Pharmacist in state pharmacy council.
(2) B.Pharm and M.Pharm degree preferred.
(3) priority will be given to computer qualified from recognized university / institution (AICTE/ UGC) .
(4) priority will be given to candidates who have work experience of at least 02 years in medicine storage / distribution of any government department,
(5) The applicant must be domicile of M.P.

Application form can be submitted by registered post or personally in the prescribed format to the address of the registered office of Chief Medical and Health Officer Vidisha on or before date 30.06.2014 evening 5:00. Applications receiving after given date will not be considered. Candidates have to paste their attested passport size photo on application.
