Job Description
Develop, implement and manage the Facilities management plan for the Bangalore office.
Ensure that the site meets with relevant local and international legislation.
Ensure that local facilities policies and procedures are kept up to date.
Shall act as a liaison officer between the local enforcing agencies and PPD, ensuring that all appropriate action is taken regarding inspectors recommendations.
Prepare and submit monthly reports as required.
A hands on approach to all Facilities disciplines
Qualifications
Excellent telephone and communication skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to lead by example.
Proven ability to work to tight deadlines, to prioritise workload and utilise time efficiency to maximise the number of tasks performed.
In depth knowledge of both hard and soft Facilities Management.
IT literate (word, excel, power point, projects) etc.
Budgetary experience.
Knowledge of setting Facilities budgets.
