A walk-in-interview will be held on Tuesday, the 17th June, 2014 at 11.00 a.m. at the Institute of Bioresources and Sustainable Development (IBSD), Imphal for selection of following suitable candidates for its intramural project on contractual basis :
Post: 2 (two) Junior Research Fellow
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 16,000/- p.m. + 10% HRA for NET / GATE qualified candidates Otherwise Rs. 12,000/- + 10% HRA
Title of the project: Functional Genomic Analysis of Aconitine and Berberine Production
Educational qualification: M.Sc. Biotechnology/Botany/Life Science
Desirable: NET / GATE but not mandatory.
The appointment is purely on contractual basis initially for 1 year and selected candidates shall not claim for regular appointment either to IBSD, Imphal, RCIBSD, Sikkim or DBT, New Delhi.
1. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
2. The upper age limit for applying award of Junior Research Fellow shall be 28 years but relaxable upto 5 years for SC/ ST, Women, Physically Challenged and OBCs.
3. Eligible candidates may appear for walk-in interview with all original and attested copies of certificate at 11.00 a.m. on 17th June, 2014.
4. Interim queries will not be attended to.
