Criteria for Manufacturing/ Quality
Qualifications:
M.Pharm, B.Pharm, MSc (Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life science, Microbiology), BSc, B.Tech (Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Biotechnology), Diploma.
Experience: 2- 10 years
Manufacturing- Biosimilars, Fill Finish.
Skill Set
Aseptic Manufacturing (Vial Washing, Filling, PFS & Sealing, QMS)
DP Medical Device, Packing & Visual Inspection (Labelling, Cartoning, Pick & Place Robotic Machines Handling & Track & Trace)
DP& DS Engineering & Maintenance( Automation &Instrumentation, Injectable Maintenance, QMS)
Downstream & Upstream Manufacturing (Mammalian & Microbial, QMS)
Quality Assurance / Quality Control- QC Microbiology, QC Insulin, QC Biosimilars- QA Fill Finish, QA Biosimilars, QA Insulin
Skill Set
IPQA, QMS, Audit and Compliance,HPLC,UPLC, Analytical Techniques, Sampling, Environmental Monitoring, Water Testing, Bioassay, Molecular Biology, Cell Culture.
