Vacancy for Pharmacist at District Health Society Botad

NHM at District Health Society, Botad, An advertisement is hereby given to fill the following posts on contractual basis of 11 months and to prepare a waiting list for the posts that fall vacant in the future. Interested candidates having required qualification for the said post may apply through Arogya Sathi software link arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in on 29/07/2024 from 12:00 PM to 04/08/2024 at 11 PM. Post : Pharmacist

Pharmacist (NHM)
No of post : 01
Qualification : 1) Should have completed Pharmacy Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized University
2) Must be registered with Gujarat Pharmacy Council.
3) Must have basic knowledge of computer.
4) Preference will be given to candidates having experience in dispensing medicine in hospital/dispensary.
Age Limit : Age should not be more than 58 years.
Salary : Rs.16,000/-
Pharmacist (RBSK)
No of post : 01
Qualification : 1) Should have completed Pharmacy Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized University
2) Must be registered with Gujarat Pharmacy Council.
3) Must have basic knowledge of computer.
Age Limit : Age should not be more than 40 years.
Salary : Rs.16,000/-

Important Instructions
• Only online application of the candidate at arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in will be accepted and applications received through ordinary post/ courier/ in person/ speedpost/ RPAD will be considered cancelled. A photocopy of the original document must be uploaded in the software in a legible and legible manner. If unclear, illegible documents are uploaded, such application will be considered rejected.
• Applications with incomplete details will be invalid.
• Correspondence for all the said posts will be done by this office only through e-mail so all the candidates have to enter the e-mail id especially the current working one.
• All final decisions regarding appointment such as increasing or decreasing the post or canceling the recruitment process will rest with the Mission Director and Chief District Health Officer Botad.
