Tasks Responsibilities :
• Execute assigned BABE study as per SOP and applicable regulatory guideline.
• Preparation and Compilation of Essential Document in Trial Master File, review of CRF and Raw data.
• Responsible for assigned study documents accountability and review documents for adequacy, correctness and completeness.
• Preparation of clinical updates and related communication to bioanalytical and statistics.
• Provide compliance to QC and QA observation.
• Perform informed consent presentation and obtaining in screening and study.
• Perform registration, screening related activities.
• Preparation and Review of SOP Responsible for training to staff as and when required.
• Perform pharmacy related activities as and when required.
• To perform any other activity delegated by Head CR PI Manager Operation.
