Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for Product Development activity. Should be actively involved in Literature Search, Tab trials batch making, Routine analysis, Prototype Stability study testing & interaction with Raw Material vendors as well as manufacturing site
• The incumbent should be experienced with the product development flow from the conceptualization to tech transfer
• The incumbent is responsible for R&D trails batch making for various person care & food products like
• Creams / Lotions
• Suspensions
• Shampoos/ Face washes
• Food supplement etc.
• Would be responsible for performing Pre-stability for the developmental products
• Need to be actively involved in discussion with internal & external stakeholders.
• To be involved for handling Tech Transfers of products to the manufacturing sites as & when required.

• Good Laboratory Practices
• Good Documentation Practices
• Specification Management
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
• BIS for personal care products
• Responsible for preparing relevant documents like batch cards, Prestability reports, MFR etc. Critical attributes / qualities

• Hard working
• Good communicator (verbal and written)
• Ability to adjust as per the situation
• Ability to handle multiple products and task at a timing

Candidate Profile
• B. Tech (Cosmetics) / M. Tech (Cosmetics) / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• 3+ years industry experience in Personal Care & Food Product Formulation Development & Tech Transfer
• Hands-on experience on taking lab batches of emulsions, suspensions, surfactants based products, Foods Products etc.
• Hands-on experience for handling basic analytical instrument like Viscometer, pH meter etc.
• Experience in performing product analysis of personal care products as per BIS
• Should have good knowledge on raw materials suppliers and their specifications
