Job Description
1. Preparation of Literature Search Report for various jurisdictions including USA, Australia, Brazil, China, and EMB markets
2. Preparation of Freedom to operate opinion for various jurisdictions including USA, Australia, Brazil, China, and EMB markets
3. Patent and Design Application Drafting and Prosecution
4. Identification of new product feasibility
5. Prior art searches for preparing patent invalidation ground
6. Trade dress and device related IP analysis
7. Support for litigation activities including e-discovery/paper discovery
8. In-house IP Portfolio Management
9. Preparation and review of IP related regulatory documents
