DHFWS invites online application for post of Pharmacist, District Quality Manager

DHFWS Hisar invites online application for filling up of various vacant posts under various schemes of NHM Programme for different Health Institutions of District Hisar purely on contract basis initially up to 31/03/2025 or upto the date approved in NHM Haryana ROP 2024-25, whichever is earlier.

Post : Pharmacist, District Quality Manager

Pharmacist
No of post : 3 (RBSK-1, MMU-2) (SC-2, BCA-1)
Entry Level Pay : Rs. 12500/- pm
Essential qualification :
(i) 10+2 with Science (Physics & Chemistry). Diploma in Pharmacy from Recognized Institute.
(ii) Registered as Pharmacist with Haryana Pharmacy Council under section 31 (a)
or 31 (c) or 32 (a) of the Pharmacy act, 1948 as applicable to Haryana State.
Desirable :
(i) Computer proficiency with familiarity of Data management and commonly used packages like MS word, Power Point and Excel etc.
(ii) Knowledge of Hindi up to Matric standard.

District Quality Manager
No of post : HSHRC-1 (BCA ESM)
Entry Level Pay : Rs. 16090/- pm
Essential qualification :
(i) MBBS/Dental/AYUSH/Nursing/ Life Science graduate with Masters in Hospital administration / Health Management with one year experience in Public Health/Hospital Administration.
(ii) Candidates with experience in Healthcare Quality / formal quality of a quality system would be preferred. Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity with Database Management Programme and commonly used packages like MS word, excel, PowerPoint.
(iii) Hindi /Sanskrit up to Matric.
Desirable :
(i) Fluency in English, computer literacy, knowledge of government legislations and policies is essential.
(ii) Persons having previous experience of working under NHM would have an added advantage.
(iii) Having good communication & presentation skills and analytical abilities. Should have excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
(iv) Ability to design, conduct and publish reports.

• Online Application can be submitted on Health Department Hisar webportal : rec.haryanahealthhisar.in/ between 11-07-2024 to 25-07-2024 till 4.00 pm. Rs 500/- per applicant for every post in General Category and Rs. 250/- per applicant for every post in reserved Category, separately will be charged online which will be non-refundable. One Application will be considered for one post only. Applicant has to apply online only.
• Full particulars along with contact no., email id, Postal address with PINCODE, Passport size photo, Signature, Thumb impression and documents of Educational Qualification, proof of residence & Govt & Semi Govt Experience, Salary Slip etc. should be uploaded online.
• Application form generated/submitted at online portal along with 1 set of photocopies of all relevant documents along with 2 passport size photographs shall be required to be submitted at the time of document verification. Original documents in support of academic qualifications and work experience shall be required to be produced at the time of document verification.

• Relaxation in age under various circumstances shall be admissible as per Haryana Govt, instructions no. 22/06/2021-1GS-III, dated 25th March 2022.
• For extending benefit of relaxation in age to existing contractual employees rendering services under NHM to make them eligible in the event they are intending to apply QUA the vacant sanctioned posts under NHM as per ROP vide letter no. NHM/Admin/HR/2020-21/4776-98 dt: 17-08-2020.
• Vide letter no 1/752/NHM/A4/2014/97391-429 datedl 1.03.2014 O/o MD NHM Haryana, “There is no provision to allow private practice after duty times or on holidays to staff recruited under NHM”.
• Vide letter no NHM/Admin/A1/2018-19/3359-79 dt: 07-8-18 o/o MD NHM Haryana, during the recruitment for MO/Specialists in NHM, eligibility of MBBS doctors with regard to their registration may be followed as “Registered as Medical Practitioner with Medical Council of India or any other State Medical Council of Indian Union.”
• Preference will be given to the candidate residing in local area (District Hisar) and proof of residence [any three from: Passport, Voter Id Card, Ration Card with Address, Caste and Domicile certificate with address and photo issued by State Govt., Parivar Pehchan Patra, Electricity Bill (not older than last three months)] will be required. In case of married female candidate, after marriage residence proof will be considered for local area weightage.
• District authorities (Civil Surgeon office) has right to reject any application if found improper or having misleading information and has right to cancel recruitment process at any time without specifying any reason and No claim will be entertained in this regard. Number of Posts can be increased or decreased or withdrawn by District Authorities (Civil Surgeon Hisar).
• Any Clerical mistake found in the process of recruitment at any stage will be corrected with the permission of competent authority (Civil Surgeon, Hisar)
• Vide MD NHM Haryana, Panchkula office letter no. NHM/Admin/ HR/A1/2022-23/10007-10028 dt: 11-01-2023, “No person, who has been dismissed from the Mission under any State or at National level or from the services of the Government of India or any State Government or a local authority, a Corporation or Institute, shall be eligible for appointment to any post.”
• If the candidate had done his /her qualification diploma/degree through distance mode/regular mode then the university should be approved from Distance Education Council or joint committee of DEC, UGC and AICTE as the case may be. It will be responsibility of the applicant to produce the proof of approval of his/ her degree/diploma from above mentioned authorities as the case may be. The qualification should be completed before closing date of submission of application.
• Applicant should not be dismissed from any Government/ Semi Government services and should not be punished under any law/Charge sheet and FIR should not be lodged against him.
• Any additional work/placement under NHM can be assigned by appointing authority. Contract may not be renewed automatically and Civil Surgeon has the right to terminate the contract immediately if performance is found unsatisfactorily.
• Selected candidate shall not have any claim for regularization of his/her services based on the duties performed under this contract, as he/ she has been engaged for project financed by Government of India having specific tenure.
• No TA/DA will be paid for coming for interview and no separate information will be sent to applicant for interview.
• Rules under “Service Bye-Laws" governing the conditions of Contractual Employees vide Memo No. Admin/NHM/A1/2017-18/4361- 81 dt: 29.12.2017 of Mission Director (NHM) Haryana, Panchkula or any amendment in the rules from time to time by Higher authorities will be applicable on all NHM Contractual employees.
