Bihar Technical Service Commission has been constituted by the Bihar Technical Service Commission Act, 2014 for selection of candidates for the technical posts of Group 'B` and `C` under the State Government, Bihar. Prior to the formation of the Technical Commission, the candidates were appointed by the Bihar Staff Selection Commission on these posts. In this commission provision has been made to appoint an officer of the rank of Indian Administrative Service level or the officer in charge of the pay scale or retired Indian Administrative Service with equivalent eligibility.

CWJC no. 1672/2023 and CWJC No. 7437/2023 Software for receiving applications under Advertisement No. 05/2023, Pharmacist for compliance of orders passed by Honorable High Court. Necessary amendments have been made in Accordingly, the date is fixed from 06.07.2023 to 21.07.2023 for applying online again from all candidates having Diploma in Pharmacy and B.Pharma/M.Pharma educational qualification.

Essential Educational Qualification :-
D.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Pharm
(i) Pass in Intermediate / 10+2 (Science)
(ii) It will be necessary to have passed in all parts (I, II, III) of Diploma in Pharmacy course from an institution recognized by the Government and having the relevant certificate.
(iii) Candidate must be registered with Bihar Pharmacy Council.
Note
(i) Before starting the process of filling the online application, the candidate will thoroughly study the detailed advertisement displayed on the website and the necessary and detailed instructions for filling the online application.
(ii) For such candidates, who are not registered with Bihar Pharmacy Council, it will be mandatory to attach (upload) the proof of application made to be registered with Bihar Pharmacy Council in the online application.
(iii) As per clause-01 (iii) of advertisement and rules, candidates not registered with Bihar Pharmacy Council will be invited for counseling only after being registered before counselling. For this, the registration certificate of Bihar Pharmacy Council will be uploaded from such candidates by setting the date before counseling through the online portal on the Commission's website.
(iv) CWJC No. 7437/2023, dated 17.05.2023, excerpts from "We make it clear that the applications now permitted, of the graduates and post graduates, is subject to the final resolution of the controversy raised in the writ petitions" In light of this, the candidature of B.Pharma/M.Pharma qualified candidates will be affected by the result of CWIC No.-7437/2023.
(v) Educational certificates such as Intermediate and Diploma in Pharmacy / B.Pharma / M.Pharma certificate / Provisional Certificate (Certificate / Provisional Certificate) and mark sheet (Marksheet) dated before 04.05.2023 Will be valid on issue. Remaining certificates issued till 21.07.2023 will be accepted. But the calculation of work experience period will be done till the date-05.04.2023 only as per paragraph-3, Note-(ii) of the advertisement.
(vi) Candidates who have already filled online application need not fill online application again.
(vii) Advertisement No.-05/2023 is modified to this extent. All other conditions will remain same.
