Interested qualified applicants can appear for walk-in-interview along with mandatory educational documents on the scheduled dates, details of which are as follows.
Post : Pharmacist
Pharmacist - RBSK
No of posts : 04 (ST-03, OBC-01)
Qualification : Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy (50%) & Registration in Pharmacy Registration council.
Salary : Rs. 16,500/-
Selection Basis : Qualification - 65% Experience - 10 Marks for Other & 15 Marks For NHM Staff Exam - 20 M
Pharmacist - NUHM
No of posts : 03 (ST-02, UR-01)
Qualification : Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy (50%) & Registration in Pharmacy Registration council.
Salary : Rs. 16,500/-
Selection Basis : Qualification - 65% Experience - 10 Marks for Other & 15 Marks For NHM Staff Exam - 20 M
Note
1. Reservation The provision of reservation will be implemented according to the roster system prevailing in the district.
2. It is mandatory to fulfill all educational and other qualifications till the last date of receipt of application. Otherwise the application will be rejected immediately. No correspondence will be valid in this regard. Post date certificate will not be accepted under any circumstances. Therefore, make sure to attach self-attested photocopies of all the certificates proving eligibility with the application, otherwise the application will not be considered.
3. Factual/clerical error in the advertisement can be corrected at any stage of selection. The process of selection will remain unaffected by such error correction. No representation will be accepted in this regard.
4. It is mandatory to have all the attached certificates and photographs self attested / self signed / self attested.
5. It is mandatory to sign the applicant at both the places prescribed in the application form.
6. It is mandatory for such candidates whose mark sheet is of grading method, to mention the percentage by grading calculation method and in this regard it will be mandatory to attach an attested copy of the calculation sheet/chart issued by the head of the institution from the concerned educational institution/school with the application. . If the calculation sheet is not submitted along with the application within the prescribed date, the applicant will be disqualified.
The application will be canceled if the above clause number 02, 03, 04 and 05 and 06 are not followed.
Guidelines regarding application
1. Recruitment National Health Mission Chhattisgarh. Will be done according to the Human Resource Policy 2018 issued by the State Office and the guidelines issued from time to time.
2. Candidates seeking recruitment to more than one post will have to submit separate applications for each post.
3. Incomplete, unclear and erroneous application will be rejected. Every applicant should carefully read the instructions given in the advertisement and fill all the information in the application form. If any information in the application form is incomplete or erroneous and in the absence of desired documents, the application form can be canceled at any stage of selection without prior information to the applicant.
4. It is mandatory for the candidates to deposit the application fee along with the application form in the name of "District Health Society Bastar Non NRHM Fund" as follows, otherwise the candidate will be considered ineligible. Will go Candidates desirous of recruitment in more than one post will have to submit separate DDs for different posts. (Note- The candidate must write his/her name and the post applied for in capital letters behind the DD.

Remark:- It is mandatory to attach the original copy of DD with the application. In case of applying for more than one advertised post, separate application fee will be payable along with separate application. Payable DD Will not be returned.
General conditions and guidelines regarding recruitment
1. Mere application by the applicant will not ensure the selection of anyone. Before issuing the final selection list, the original certificates will be scrutinized, only if found correct in this, advance action will be taken for their selection.
2. All the entries given in the application by the candidates should be correct as per the original documents. If it is found in the document verification before or after the final selection that the information mentioned in the application is incorrect or incomplete, then they will not be included in the upcoming final selection list. If information is found incorrect before / after selection, their selection will be cancelled. The final decision in this regard will be of the recruiter.
3. In case of equal marks, the priority will be decided considering the date of birth of the candidates. Candidates whose date of birth will be earlier (older in age) will be given priority.
4. It will be mandatory for the selected candidate to present the original copies of all the certificates attached with the application for verification at the time of taking charge.
5. The validity of the final selection list and waiting list will remain valid for at least one year from the date of publication or till the release of the next new recruitment advertisement.
6. Contract Honorarium:- During the contract service period one lump sum honorarium and other amount provisioned R.O. Will be payable as per P. Apart from this, no other type of allowance / facility will be payable.
Time Table of Recruitment Process
• Walk-in-interview will be held on 20.07.2023
• Walk-in-interview will be held at Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Town Hall, Jagdalpur Opposite Zilla Panchayat, Jagdalpur.
• Timing for submission of application by the applicant from 09:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.
• Eligible / ineligible list release time up to 04:00 PM. (possible time)
• Time for issue of merit list till 05:00 PM. (Expected time) -
• The time of the skill test will be on the next day (the information about the venue will be given on the said day. -
