2) Gujarat Pharmacy Council Registration Certificate
3) Commuter Basic / CCC Must have a certificate
Age Limit : 40 years
Salary : Rs. 13,000/- pm
Pharmacist (Urban Health Center - Songadh)
No of Posts : 01
Qualification :
1) Certificate of passing class-12
2) Should have completed Pharmacy (B.Pharm) course from a Government recognized institution or Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) course from a recognized University.
3) Must be registered with Gujarat Pharmacy Council.
4) Basic Computer Course/CCC certified
5) Candidate having Hospital/Medical Dispensary experience will be preferred.
Note :- Priority will be given as per (1) B.Pharm + Experience (2) D.Pharm + Experience (3) B.Pharm (4) D.Pharm.TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDING RECRUITMENT
Age Limit : Maximum 58 years on date of advertisement
Salary : Rs. 11,000/- pm
Note :- The full power to make appointment rests with the Executive Committee, D.H.S. Must be warm.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDING RECRUITMENT
(1) These posts are contractual for 11 months only, after 11 months the contractual posts will automatically terminate and the contract will be renewed based on performance. The right to permanent employment cannot be claimed.
