All-India Institute of Medical Sciences was established as an institution of national importance by an Act of Parliament with the objects to develop patterns of teaching in Undergraduate and Post-graduate Medical Education in all its branches so as to demonstrate a high standard of Medical Education in India; to bring together in one place educational facilities of the highest order for the training of personnel in all important branches of health activity; and to attain self-sufficiency in Post-graduate Medical Education. The Institute has comprehensive facilities for teaching, research and patient-care. As provided in the Act, AIIMS conducts teaching programs in medical and para-medical courses both at undergraduate and postgraduate levels and awards its own degrees. Teaching and research are conducted in 42 disciplines.

Applications are invited for the post of Senior Research Fellow under the ICMR- funded project as per the details given below
Project title : “Deciphering the Oncogenic network of Ubiquitin specific peptidase 37 (USP37) and its therapeutic potential in prostate cancer”.
Principle investigator : Dr. Mayank Singh, Associate Professor Department of Medical Oncology (Lab) BRAIRCH AIIMS New Delhi 110029
Project Duration : 3 Years
Salary : Rs. 35,000 + HRA/ month a per existing guidelines (consolidated).
Essential Qualifications : Post-graduate degree (MSc) in Life Sciences with two years of research experience in Biochemistry/Biotechnology/ Immunology/Molecular Biology. The candidate should have a valid UGC-CSIR NET/GATE/GPAT/DST/DBT/DAE/DOS/ DRDO/MHRD score and secured at least 60% marks during post graduation or MBBS/BDS/MVSc./M.Pharma/ME/M.Tech degree holders with relevant experience in the cancer research
Age limit : Rs. 35 years on the last date of submission of application.
